Joel Bourne is an award-winning environmental journalist and was the former Senior Editor for the Environment at National Geographic. In 2016, he wrote The End of Plenty: the Race to Feed a Crowded World and recently contributed two articles to National Geographic‘s eight-part series, “The Future of Food.”
